Built in 1879 as a Temperance Boarding House, it was condemned in 1990 and lovingly restored by owners Martin and Florence deVries, this building has survived 2 major bush fires, one in 1939 (Black Friday Fires) and in 2003. The renovations were completed in November 1995, when the firsts guests stayed. We have 4 Guestrooms with ensuite, available separately and they are situated on Ground Level, with shared kitchen and lounge room facilities. On road frontage level there is a 3 bedroom apartment available overnight or weekly.

Motel units

Situated at the rear of the property, you will find the homestead where the motel units are located.

Built in November 1906, at Hinnomunjie, The building was transported to Omeo in 2001 and transformed into 4 delightful motel units, the work was completed in December 2002, just prior to the 2003 Bushfires in Jan where Martin and Florence put out the fires at the fence line.
